Can you trim both sides 2 inches to make 24”??

I would say you could. the door is solid and heavy.

Does it come with holes for the door knob? If not where can I go get it done?

The door didn’t come with predrilled holes but the door did arrive damaged (in my opinion the packing material wasn’t adequate for such a heavy door)
