As someone who is 38 and still really sporty I have struggled to put weight on to the point when i had a footballing injury i ended up in bed not moving for about 4 month's.getting deliverys ,pizza,chippies 🤣but at the end of it i had lost weight I mean who can literally sit there all Day and eat like a pig and end up with a six pack better than ever 🤣but ultimately i want to bulk up so high calorie carb's protein and taste is key so i definitely recommendyou try this if you struggle to gain mass.im no physio but I see what works

When compared to most other mass gainers this really is great value for money. If you ever need to work out what is you need a calculator and work out how much the calories are costing you per 100g for example. And this is really good. Some mass gainers can be very grainy but this isn't as long as you have mixed it well. Like other gainers use a blender not your standard protein shaker because it will never mix which is the same for all gainers. Great taste for me personally because I have tried a few gainers and they can be very chemically. On my 3rd tun now and I use with water which is completely fine and hits enough calories for me. Will keep this as my go to during my gaining phase.

Ive been buying and drinking your brand for the past 4 months or so. Enjoying up untill now. The last load ive bought has a horrible pepper taste to it, it shouldn't have any taste like that, the previous ones I've had didn't. Maybe someone had contaminated it when being made idk but i will be looking at other brands from now on. Had to throw two shakes away won't be making any more.

Expensive but good. I guess you get what you pay for.
