I was looking for a robotic cleaner with a mop for a long time. There are so many products in the market, so it is so difficult for me to choose the best among those. But this one is the right robotic cleaner I have used. No doubt! I had tried one more cleaner before but it did work well like this. But the drawback with that one was low suction power and random cleaning path.This one overcomes both the drawbacks of the previous one. I tried cleaning in our living room, dining area first with a lot of dust, my pet's hair, some food such as cookies, cereal, biscuits, and other small threads to check the suction power. The amazing suction power of this cleaner cleaned the areas in very little time and in a systematic fashion. That was very impressive. And on the other hand, the charging time was about 4 hours to be exact.Another thing I am impressed about aside from classy, it can be linked to Alexa for more convenience and in an easy way to command if ready to use. Heavy, that I know it comes from a good quality that made from. And if I talk about the sensor in the vacuum cleaner, it detects even in a small box or thing and indicates you to remove the object to clean that particular area. In fact, aside from the charging base, many accessories are included in the package like1. Remote control for easy access2. Two AAA batteries3. Additional filter4. 2 side brush5. 2 mopping pads6. Adhesive pads7. Additional dush bin8. Cleaning brushTo summarize my experience:Pros:1. Amazing suction.2. Systematic cleaning.3. User-friendly mobile apps.4. Excellent mopping.Cons: Not really any, but I wish there were more replacement mops with this Lastly, 2 user manuals are also provided for the step-by-step process/instructions on how to. They even provide customer support for 7 different countries, if any problem or trouble may occur for the customer satisfaction. This is highly recommended.

I had gotten a cheaper robot vacuum, and it didn't have 90% of the features that this one does. It's a robot so it sometimes doesn't get every single area, but I would say it does a pretty great job. We have Golden Retrievers and hardwood floors. I have to vacuum every single day. This vacuum has amazing suction and the hair doesn't just get wrapped up in the spin brush, it actually goes into the dust bin. The dust bin holds A LOT. Cleaning it is a breeze and maybe takes like 4 minutes to do. The mopping feature is good as well. Again may not get every single area but it does a great job for what it is. I worried that it wouldn't get all the dirt and grime off the floors because it doesn't scrub them, but it genuinely looks great afterwards. It also collects dirt in a dry dust bin as you're mopping which I love. The removable cloth is easy to clean, just toss in a washer. The only thing I can really complain about is the remote. If you have to spot clean an area and use the remote to guide it, it can take a while. Usually you can push down each direction and it'll go that way, but this one does not. You have to mash the button down and the second you let up on it, it turns off and you have to press another button for it to go another way. Minor inconvenience but honestly I rarely have to do spot cleaning. Would highly recommend.

We're dog-sitting a golden retriever for a month, and the second day in I KNEW I was going to be vacuming every day with the clumps of hair every where! I felt like I had looked at all the robot vacs and read all the negative reviews ... and really did not feel good about shelling out the $ for a robot. In desparation, I looked one more time and the Deenkee popped up with minimal negative reviews...so I decided to give it a try. For the past week it has trained me about what in can and can't do. I like that it is, for the most part, very methodical in its MAPPING--sometimes it is a little OCD in that in goes over the same path a dozen time, but it seems to have a method to its maddness. I have learned to move my kitchen chairs out from under the table, desk chairs from under desks, cords off the floor along with other loose items to make it easier for it to navigate, get along the perimeter, into corners, etc.--a little work for me, but at least I'm not the one pushing the vacuum everyday. It gets under things that I have not hand-vacced in months. We have hardwood floors and a couple of area rugs. It moves on and off the rugs well--no problem with 2" tassles, however the 4" tassled rug needs to come off the floor. I also take up small area rugs. Suction seems good and the bin is always full when it's finished. There are 2 small filters that need to be cleaned after each vacuuming--easy peasy.Mopping--I was a bit apprehensive about how well it would mop since the mop pad is small, but again I was surprised that the floor was noticably cleaner after running the mop. I will likely do this a couple of times a week with the dog here and grandkids enroute. Overall, I'm impressed. I think its a keeper!

Definitiv gute kaufe Entscheidung.Tolles Gerät, ich habe mich bewusst für diesen Saugroboter entschieden einmal weil er Saugt und wischen kann und weil er vom Preis und den Bewertungen gepasst hat.Der Sauger findet immer wieder zur Station, keine Probleme damit gehabt. Super Gerät, hängt überhaupt nicht fest und findet immer seine Wege. Die Verbindung zur App ist super einfach. Das tolle ist man kann den Sauger per App wenn man unterwegs ist starten lassen, so ist alles sauber wenn man kommt. Vom Geräuschpegel wirklich gut. In der App gibt es eine Funktion das man den Sauger auf verschiedene Stufen stellen kann und auch beim wischen gibt es 3 verschiedenen Stufen wie viel Wasser raus kommt.Bin wirklich sehr begeistert von dem Gerät und er Saugt wirklich super. Und passt überall bei mir zuhause drunter.Der Versand war auch super schnell.

Packaging- very good and well packaged, no annoying take which rips the box to open. Inside, the unit and accessories were safely packaged individually.Initial thoughts after opening- looked very modern, and great design.Setting up- very simple to set, instructions were very clear. The remote was a little a little tricky to begin with, but within 20 mins, it became very easy to use. We don’t use the remote much as the unit just does the job. The instruction book is small, in English, with a lot of clear pictures and minimal text to help you understand. Useful for someone like me.The app was easy to set up l, with separately manual for that, I struggled at first making sense of it, but once I went through it page by page, realised how simple it was. The app gives as full control over unit even when we are in the garden, mind you, I have not yet tried while out of the house. The app gives you options to check the battery power, the status of accessories and allows you to send machine back to charge with a button. The app also has different cleaning options. Random cleaning, set cleaning and edges cleaning. With all the furniture, I use the random cleaning. The machine has 2 rotating brushes either side at front, which catches and send the debris to the suction chamber. Better the one brush option which sometimes pushes the first away fromMachine.The app allows us to isolate use to individual rooms and gives you breakdown what area covered which is very helpful.The machine struggles on elevated areas, but this is expected, but once we we put these away, the machine works well and results are wonderful. I have rarely the main vacuum at home, relying mainly on this unit.The floors have never been cleaner.The machine also has a mopping mode, very easy to pop in and does a great job, refilling and emptying are simple.One negative I can say about this is the robot can struggle to make its way back to the charging dock if in another room. Another negative is there is no battery power indicator on the app so sometimes difficult to tell much time is left on a cycle. But I can live it, does not really cause hinderance to myself.The machine also talks to give you an idea of what a problem is or when it is charging. Better than the one my mum has which simply beeps.I can’t say how it compares to the traditional more expensive brands as I have never used them, but I cannot imagine how they could be better as it does what it is supposed to do, clean. For the 1/3 of the price, I’m more than happy with the investment

Ein guter Saugroboter, hat allerdings Probleme mit dem Teppich. Obwohl es sich um einen Kurzflor Teppich handelt, verfängt sich der Roboter öfter darin. Die Wischfunktion ist ok, allerdings erkennt er nicht immer den ausgelegten Magnetstreifen und wischt nass über den Teppich.Er kann nicht gleichzeitig saugen und wischen, muss man nacheinander machen.

I had got this vacuum about a week now. My girls name it as 'Lily' 🤣🤣. We all love this vacuum so much. We used to vacuum the floor after every single meal, cause my girls drop a lot of crumbs or mess onto the floor. After the breakfast, it saved our time to vacuum, we set the vacuum to work when we left home to school. When we home, lily had done her job and already back to her home. This is so lovely. The suction of this vacuum is very good and it is very quiet, not as loud as my cordless hoover! Now my cordless hoover can have a big rest, as already got a good replacement. Even after the dinner, girls no need to do the vacuuming anymore, as lily will do her job. When lily is doing her job on vacuuming, I can do the washing and the girls can do their homework. It really save our time a lot! This Deenkee robot vacuum come with the mop function, this is the one I love the most. Quite a lot of the vacuum only come with one function with the same price, but this is the 2in1 vacuum for the affordable price. Lily will do the mopping only twice a week. With the mop function, you only need to fill the water into the tank being provided and attached it the vacuum. Then, lily will do the rest of the job. She is amazing on mopping the floor. She cleaned the floor very well. The most amazing thing of this vacuum was, I was in doubt that she will take long to back to home, but she is not. After she recognise the 'map' of the house, she can find her way easily, here I only attached one of the video showing she found her home so fast 😁. Will definitely recommend this vacuum to my friends and family

The media could not be loaded.  Nachtrag 13.06.2022Das Gerät lässt sich durch Magnetband für Roboter begrenzen. Kein Mapping bei Reinigungsmodus z.b. willkürlich. Bei smarter Reinigung werden Ecken ausgelassen. Lassen den Roboter meist 2 x laufen im Raum.Wollte nun den Hepa Filter nachkaufen, keine Chance. Nicht lieferbar. Habe den Deenkee Support extra kontaktiert.Wenn es hier die Filter wieder zu kaufen gibt, dann nur mit weiteren Zubehör, welches man ja nicht immer brauch.Das nervt mich, das ich darauf nicht vorher geachtet habe, Zubehör.Werde mich nun nach einen anderen Hersteller von Saugrobotern umschauen. Da gibt es keine Probleme mit dem Zubehör (Filter, Wischmop).Abgesehen davon, macht der Roboter noch einigermaßen gut sauber. Ist aber selbst im smartmodus chaotisch mit dem hin und her fahren.-----------------------------------------Habe meinen Freund eine DK 600 geschenkt und dachte mir, gönne das etwas "bessere" Modell. Gestern, 07.12, kam er an. Ausgepackt und im Nachhinein über Amazon Kunden herausgefunden, das da eigentlich noch eine Schutzfolie auf dem Roboter sein muss. Hat dieser nicht gehabt. Was das nun zu bedeutet hat, weiß ich nicht.Der Roboter ließ sich gut mit dem WLAN verbinden.Teile sind wie beschrieben in der Verpackung, wenn auch etwas verrutscht.VorteileFernbedienungSaugt wirklich gut, 3 Stufen einstellbar. Staubbehälter etwas zu klein. Und nicht so schön zu reinigen wie bei dem DK600.-----------Wischen, ist ok. Er zieht den Lappen ja nur hinterher. Ebenfalls 3 Stufen für die Wassermenge einstellbar die rausfliessen soll. Diese Funktion noch nicht getestet. Steht auf der mittleren Stufe. Das entleeren des sauberen Restwassers ist nicht so toll. Da wo es rein ging, muss es auch wieder raus, durch das kleine Loch. Wie man den Staub aus dem Behälter bekommt, habe ich noch nicht rausgefunden. Hab den rausgeschüttelt durch den Schlitz.--------------Nachteile, in meinen Augen.Der lässt sich nicht per App begrenzen. Wenn er irgendwo nicht hin soll, muss ich etwas da hin stellen oder Magnetstreifen??? benutzen. Weiß nicht einmal ob die bei dem funktionieren. Keine Info erhalten.Falls man die Magnetstreifen benötigt, kommen Zusatzkosten dazu.Das Ding ist sehr laut und das im Leise Modus. Auch da, der DK600 leiser.Der Roboter knallt überall gegen, das nervt mich wirklich. Zumal es auch Kratzer gibt am Gerät. Ich teste noch, ob das am Programm liegt oder ob er es generell macht. Da ist der DK600 ja noch intelligenter.Die App ist in Deutsch und Englisch gemischt.Der Roboter spricht nur Englisch.Ich werde den die Woche noch weiterhin testen und dann Mal sehen was ich damit mache. So überzeugt bin ich nicht davon.Falls es ein Anwender Fehler ist, bitte Info.
