I am always on a budget. I love ELF. I get good makeup and skin care on the cheap. I love this eye brow gel....after i used my brown pencil this keeps my eyebrows smooth and in place. If you try ELF makeup....remember to use a primer and also the spray at the end that sets your make up. It really makes a difference.

The older I get the crazier my eyebrows get. Suddenly they are growing straight out, wiry, and will not lay down no matter what I try. This seemed like a possible fix to tame them and get them to lay down and stay put and they almost do, but not quite. If you're looking for a light wax to make brows look sculpted and tame, this product will do that. If you require heavier duty wax to make wiry, stand-up hairs lay down it just doesn't quite do it. e.l.f. Shape & Stay Brow Pencil Universal Formula, Clear, tames most of my brows but I have a few hairs that grow straight out and absolutely will not lay down. I can put it on heavy and push my eyebrow strays down with my thumb and they'll stick for a while but after half an hour or so those stubborn hairs pop back up. If you're looking for normal taming it will be great, but if you need super glue quality this won't be your product.

i use this on days im too lazy to do mascara but still want lashes. i just take a spoolie and rub the product on there put it on my lashes and then curl and repeat and boom eyelashes for the whole day. i used to work in a pizzeria right next to the oven all day and my lashes didn’t really budge. also live in florida but even the humidity doesn’t really affect them as long as i use enough. i sometimes use it on my brows but they already stay still so i cant say much on that. its a great price and lasts me a good amount of time and theres no complication when it comes to using it.

My eyebrows are always standing up. Needed something to brush it down. This product is ok but not really enough to make my eyebrow hair down. I keep trimming it to make it a little bit to work :(
