Watch out for fakes!
Item is fake! I own the real version of these shorts, and these are a cheap, counterfeit knockoff!

Flimsy
Flimsy- they penny pinched on the material: my Nike-brand shorts were better quality for the same price range.Nike Dry Fit:-Vented sides-Medium size pockets that hold a cell phone in place while moving in gym-Very comfortableUnderArmour Raid-Flimsier material-no vented sides-deep pockets that won't hold wallet/keys etc in place while hiking, moving etc. (hits a guy in the crotch while moving!)-Poor stitching on outside ( poor aesthetic looks)

Knock offs
We just received these yesterday and these are def NOT under armour shorts. The logo is there but the material is very thin and the stitching is much different. It looks like the material will fall strangely around the bum?? I'll update when my son actually wears them. He owns a lot of UA shorts so seeing the difference was immediate. We did like the length, they weren't short like a lot of other shorts on sale are. I'm giving 3 stars as a benefit of the doubt. Maybe these will hold up? I'll let ya know after a few washes.

Highly Recommended by me - Have owned a pair for 1 year
I got a pair of these about a year ago from another source. Not perfect but, they fit my current size, and I fell in love with the comfort. And a break from the heat. I got 2 different colors, and they seem to be the same decent fabric. They are plain with seams, and pockets. Nothing fancy. The Good - Great fit at the waste. I am currently a 34 although I can wear a 36 (in denim pants) the L size of these fits tighter but not overly so. The XL size still fits fine but is more loose. If you wear a 36-38 consistently, I recommend XL or XL-T. If you are more 34-32 then get the L or L-T. I go between 36 and 34 so I got both! The T just means "tall" and the inseam is 2" longer. The waste band is different from normal elastic (better) The fabric is 4 way stretch so it is comfortable lets you move however you want. Extremely good in HOT temps. If there is any wind it's like you have nothing on. Even with no wind or indoor, they are extremely "light". Even in winter, I wear these to bed with long johns under or just these. The thin, light fabric seems to last. I have washed them normally with darks in a normal washer and they still look and fell like the new ones. The Bad - They are expensive. (but worth it) You need the right size, The fabric is so thin it's almost see-through with a light source behind it especially when stretched. (if you care)There are more "trendy" or others with stuff printed on them, but I don't care about what others think. Any downside is what other might think of them (on you) wearing them is a pleasure. I think they look very good.A phone in your pocket weighs more than the shorts do.For men...the pockets are nice to have, but running or being active....anything in the pockets can bounce around and hit you in areas that things shouldn't hit.Neutral - If you find a product from UA you like - pay close attention to the exact details. They have a bunch of different technologies and fabrics. It's hard to find the exact same thing you own months or years later. I'm pretty sure they have changed or discontinued some of their "models" but overall UA is excellent IF you get an item that fits - and is made of the kind of fabric you like.Charged cotton shirts are some of the best fabric I've ever worn. (These are not charged cotton, but I think this fabric works better for shorts, for me)While looking for these I got a pair called UA 9" Qualifier Woven. They are a totally different fabric. Not a bad thing, just different and not as good for me. (refer to neutral section)I once got a UA shirt with the strangest magnetic, static electric, dust collecting properties I've ever seen. It was unusable.

Love them!
I have never paid more than $12.99 for a pair of gym shorts / bball shorts. I paid $29.99 for these and bought six! I wear a large. They are not loose and they are not tight. They are just perfect. I am 6'0 198 lbs with an athletic build. They go to mid knee maybe just below the knee. Not too low that they look good. They hug your package, so you will get some extra attention. The pockets are deep! I love this! I carry a moderately sized cell phone and my wallet and keys in them all the time. I can't tell you how many times they have fallen out in the gym or in the car in other shorts. It will not happen in these. Worth the extra money.

Love these shorts!!! Buying another pair!
These shorts are awesome! They are super lightweight and comfortable! Some reviews have complained that the pockets are big, but I love them! I have an iPhone 6s and it's large, I have to be careful when I buy workout pants and shorts because my phone doesn't fit in them. With these I never have to worry about it sliding or falling out when I sit down. I'm buying a second pair in a different color so I would absolutely recommend them to other buyers!

Comfortable, good-looking, and sturdy
I have two pairs of these shorts that I've worn daily for months. So far, there's nothing disappointing. The shorts are made with a strong, comfortable material and they fit well. There's no sign of wear after many rounds of washing. The length is long enough to be comfortable and look good without hanging down below the knees.

XLs were a bit too snug in the waist (and it's NOT me!) Too bad not available in XXL :-(
Loved everything about the shorts (color, material, finish, etc.) BUT, alas, the XL's run pretty snug in the waistband area for me. I've worn XL for my entire adult life and my weight has remained fairly constant, so I'm surprised these were tight. I know that I ultimately wouldn't wear these in the the long run if I kept them because of the snugness in the waist, so I had to return them. Unfortunately, these UA shorts in this style and royal blue color were not available in an XXL. Bummed. Just ordered some Nike shorts and fingers are crossed! I normally don't order shorts and pants online due to fitting and material issues, but this color (royal blue) in the style I like was impossible to find in the many stores I visited on my recent trip to SoCal..

Good product, thin and light, good value
These are thin and very stretchy. You have to accept that they will feel somewhat flimsy. I wear mine over top of compression shorts and use them for running. They do a good job in that role. I have around a 33-34 waist and use the size large. The 10" inseam seems spot on. I do wish they didn't stamp a big logo on the leg, but what can you do? No one seems to make athletic gear without logos anymore.

Excellent purchase!
I bought both the navy and gray shorts for my husband who, for health reasons, is mostly sedentary. He is very happy with these shorts because they are a great fit for him. He normally takes a 2XL but I ordered the 3XL so he would be comfortable around the waist. They wash like a breeze and dry very quickly. He pretty well lives in them during the hot days of summer. They arrived as promised. I wish Under Armor made long workout pants in a 3XL size. I would snap those up too. Thanks Amazon!Wanda

I like them
I probably should have ordered one size smaller but I like the fit around the waist that I got with this size, unfortunately they are a little long and loose around my thighs but I can live with that. One size smaller probably would have been fine around my waist.I like that they are super light but don't feel like they are going to fall apart. Pockets are big enough to hold a large phone and wallet in the same pocket.

I use them for working out at the gym and they work great. I read other reviews and went with a large over a medium. I am a fairly tall and skinny person at 6'3" and 32 waist and it was a good choice to go with the large.
