Hot Racing is quality
Hot Racing just makes outstanding quality parts hands down. They are much better than the competition and when you handle their products you can just feel the craftsmanship. These shocks are several cuts above the Dromida blue aluminum shocks which I replaced with these. One key feature that separates them is the have a rubber o-ring in the threaded collar that keeps it in place when your adjusting spring tension. Also the aluminum spring retainer caps look nicer than plastic ones.

Completely changes the car. Don't buy the expensive cronies shocks and still be stuck with too soft springs. These are a much better value and are well made.

Fit my son's Dromida MT 4:18 perfect and they are a huge difference over the cheap stock plastic ones.

Leaks. Bad bladders, no rebuild kit. Looks nice.
Mine leaks fluid, 3 out of the 4 shock bladder came with small hole on the bladder, I doubt it was done by design, after a short time oil is leaking from top of shock weep hole and attracts dirt and debris. No rebuild kit available.
