Are these 100% cotton?

No they are not, they are mostly cotton but have some stretchy material uilt in.. These are not the original quality 569s

Does the waist run big? I usually wear 34x34 and they seem really big, so tried 33x34 fit good at 1st now seem like they stretched, maybe 32x34?

I bout a pair of 32x36 and they are easily a 36 waist. I'm about to return mine for a refund since they don't make a 28x36, since obviously they got the sizes all screwed up
