The best small breadboards - but clear
BB makes the best breadboards in terms of durability and reliability by far. Compare them yourself if you want. Their plastic and contact springs are thicker and stronger than the cheap alternatives, and their springs are pre-contoured to help grip pins more tightly without deforming. This means you won’t spend hours looking for a fault in your circuit that was actually caused by a flaky contact. This version is exactly the same as their normal small breadboard but it’s semi-translucent instead of opaque. This isn’t a useful feature per se, but it looks really cool and makes me smile because I’m nostalgic for the translucent electronics of the 90s.Five stars.

Divots dont line up to long boards
The board is tiny. I know but it doesnt line up with full size 1600 slot boards by them Nor Any other brand. The slots are tight fits but this is useless for building a protoboard out of multiple breadboards as they cannot connect. The divots dont line up and only fit its own size making this useless. There are also divots to connect it on the ends which the full size dont have. It means they wont sit flush on a board. Also no bottom except metal plate but sticky tape is already preinstalled. Disappointed by the lack of universal

Great quaility item, for a fair price.
It is Feb. 2012 I ordered this breadboard two weeks ago and chose free shipping, I was in no hurry and it arrived exactly when Amazon said it would. The packaging was great the product was great, I ordered two of these, and who knows if I need another bread board it'll definitely be this one. This looks great clear and clean, visible circuitry. I ordered two of these and two of its bigger brother, I plan on using these in my computer case. I took off one power bus of one board when I got it and clipped it to the other board so the board configuration goes bus, rails, bus, rails, bus. I had to take one of and knew I would, but now cause I did it fits perfect in the HDD rack and will power my LED case lighting. My only complaints would be small, the foam on the back prevents the full effect, I also had to cut the foam to disconnect the bus from the rails, could have cased it in acrylic, and the connectors clipping multiple boards together or the buses to the rails are not as strong as the standard breadboard I use all the time. And the packaging was possibly to safe if there could be such a thing, but over all a great quality item, for a fair price.

Good value... but uncertain about the contact quality
This board worked well overall. In fact, it's already survived one accidental short without sweating. But, the spring contacts don't seem to recover well from using a larger-diameter wire or component leads. I have a few loose spots now that I wouldn't expect to see with other brands of boards I've used in the past.

Love this little breadboard!
It's great to see more and more electronics products being available on Amazon. This board is really nice looking, and it wasn't difficult to see the rows as I had previously feared. There is adhesive on the back of the board, so you can mount or stick in somewhere for your project. The power rails can also be removed from the board. One of the coolest features is that you can connect it to other boards with the small notches and channels which are on the side of the board. This enables you to connect small ones together, or you can connect them to some of the larger breadboards as an extension.

Looks great! A little overpriced
Looks great! A little overpriced, if you just need a breadboard there are cheaper options, but if you want your project to have a nicer look it does that well

Are these really Busboard? Bad spacing across modules, incompatible with other Busboard modules.
I recently discovered Busboard products and was excited to find that joining their full-height breadboards maintained 0.1" spacing. I could finally mount my super-wide (1.0") ESP32 modules!!!!!These short boards are different. In fact, they appear to be the common cheap modules with skinny rounded pegs. They even come with the optional metal backing because there is nothing under the sticky foam. Joining 2 of these (w/the buss strips) results in 1.05" between the innermost holes. My ESP32's won't fit. I also can't join these to other Busboard modules, since those use the wider square pegs.I can't see any reason to buy these over the much cheaper listings. Honestly, I can't see any reason to buy those either. Back to the search.

Transparent case = Tricky to see
This is a nice half size breadboard, with peel-and-stick adhesive on the bottom. In the month or two I've been using it, the connectors seem to hold the components tightly. My only complaint is that it is a bit difficult to see the connections clearly. Something I should have foreseen, but I couldn't pass up the see-through "cool" factor. For mechanical soundness and appearance on the desk; it gets 5 stars. While actually working with it; I'll give it 4.
