I wear a large. I ordered this in the S/M. I wanted a good tight fit. It actually fit perfect and the lining passed the test with making me sweat. Drip drip.

The sauna suit looks nice and feels nice is just the size seems to run a little large . So if your a large try getting the size that's small medium. Not the small but the option that has small medium together. I will order that one soon. ☺

I work in a very warm place and with this waist trimmer I went from a size 34 to 32 in a month on top of my healthy habits I think it’s pretty cool and amazing.

This one does work to trap sweat and make you sweat. However, the shape or way it's made prevents it from really fitting and being able to stay on correctly. It fit my stomach and sides but it was longer so it went up to my top abdomen. It was very loose there and around my back so it would fall down.

It makes you SWEAT! It is a “tank top” sweat band that goes over your shoulders. Didn’t expect that but love it

Need to go a size down, large was too big.
