Buying bentonite this way is so much cheaper than when you have to buy it at a health food store or in capsules at your local discount pharmacy. If you do a little research you’ll find this product is good for so many things and purposes around the house. This is how I always buy my bentonite, in bulk and if I need it internally, I simply put into empty gel capsules I purchased especially for my use or I’ve even reuse capsules that have contained a product I have needed to open and possibly use in a recipe and recycled the empty gel caps.

I've been using Bentonite clay for at least 10 years and will continue. I have extremely oily skin and this saved my skin back then & maintains it now. Most times, my skin is fine & I do a mask once per month. But because I have sensitive/acne prone skin, sometimes I have to do the mask once per week/day (depending on skin condition).I normally use calcium Bentonite & this is potassium—no noticeable difference...the recipe that works best for my skin: 2 tbsp clay + 1 tbsp water + 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar. Consistency/efficacy may vary, so experiment to find the right ingredient combo for you. Also experiment with how often you'll need to apply this mask. Make sure to never use stainless steel/metal utensils or containers to mix. I mix ingredients and spread onto my face with my fingers (most successful), a wet foundation brush or a silicone brush (least successful).The mask feels amazing on your face. If done correctly, your face pulsates and I love that feeling. But with my recipe, it does minimal pulsing (less ACV, less pulsing?)...my mixture is thicker because it's slightly less liquid than recommended recipes. If you want a smooth/liquid-y mixture, just add more water or vinegar. That's all! Been impressed with Bentonite clay for over 10 years and will continue to use for as long as it exists!
