Avoid the included sprayer.
The product itself is good. Works as well as expected.I will say, do not by the version with the sprayer. The sprayer itself is worthless. Even after priming it failed to spray. I finally gave up and set the bottle down. An hour later half the bottle had been siphoned out on to the ground. If the sprayer works for you great, but remove it before storing. The manufacturer seems to be aware the sprayer dosnt work well. They include a note with some instructions to try to get it working.I do not like buying garbage and the included spayer that you pay extra for is just that. I had to pour the remaining contents in to a different spay bottle to use it.

Didn't work
Didn't work. I have ghetto mice. One of them, I think, is Jerry in Tom and Jerry reincarnated!

Seems to work.
As described, you do need to reapply. We sprayed the outside of our home and in our lower level, and didn't seem to have any mice. We needed to reapply. Haven't caught a mouse in our traps since using this product. We are purchasing more today. We won't go as far as getting rid of our traps. (we live in the country and the field mice like to find a warmer place in winter, unfortunately in our home. Summertime, we never have trouble with mice)

Smells Good, Works Good
And you use it straight from the container. No mixing with other stuff. I put some in a spray bottle I bought separately and spray the ground around my car at various intervals. I spray the tires and a squirt in the trunk. So far, so good. No critters. Yes, you have to do it periodically (I’m still working on how long) and if it rains or you park in a new place you have to spray that. It only takes me about 2 minutes beginning to end, so no big deal. And it is a small price to pay compared to about $800 + for a new fuel pump, which is what AAA told me it was when they towed my car ro my mechanic. Luckily, they chewed the wiring so my mechanic only had to replace that, not the fuel pump.
