Great pressure washer!
So easy to assemble! I am very pleased with its performance. At 2000 PSI it cleans up anything very well. The smallest head is 25% and I wish there was a smaller one but I happened to have one so it’s all good! Very good for the money!

Great for Cars and Light Cleaning — Just Don’t Expect Heavy-Duty Concrete Cleaning
The Greenworks 2000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer has been a great addition for basic home cleaning tasks. I primarily use it for washing vehicles and light surface cleaning, and it performs very well for those types of jobs. For cars, patio furniture, fences, and general dirt on patios or driveways, the pressure is more than enough and it does a nice job removing everyday grime without being overly aggressive. The unit is also easy to move around thanks to the wheels, and the 20 ft hose and 35 ft power cord give you a good amount of reach without constantly needing to reposition. Setup was straightforward and it’s simple to use, which makes it convenient for quick cleaning jobs. That said, it’s important to know the limits. While it works well for normal cleaning, it isn’t powerful enough to remove tough concrete stains like spilled oil. For heavier-duty driveway restoration or deep concrete cleaning, you’d likely need a more powerful unit. Overall, this is a great pressure washer for vehicles and general household cleaning, especially if you want something lightweight, electric, and easy to use. Just keep expectations realistic for heavy stain removal.

Decent light duty workhorse
I had been considering an easier to use electric power washer in addition to my more powerful gas powered (heavy duty) power washer for quicker setup to wash my vehicles (2 cars 1 pickup) + other light duty cleaning projects. I also like the fact that most electric power washers turn off the pump when the trigger is released, reducing wear on the pump and not making a lot of constant noise. I was shopping around and saw this model "limited time deal" for $101.00 I would normally have bypassed this model and would have chosen a more powerful model with a higher flow (gpm) rate but for the price+ some rewards points I scored it for $50....what's not to like! This little workhorse did a decent job of cleaning the vinyl siding of my house, cleaning a grill, cleaning some outdoor rugs, some outdoor flower pots etc. As for washing cars, meh, it is only adequate for that job, mostly because of the low 1.1 gal gpm flow (gallons per minute). Also, the 2000psi manufacturer rating is misleading. Working pressure is barely 1500psi with the supplied (3) nozzles. In NO way will you have anywhere near a working 2000psi pressure. Using a (H-F) foam cannon (with the 1.1 orfice hack) & with the right soap/water ratio I got almost shaving cream consistency suds :-). Rinsing the car is ok but rinsing a spray (bottle) on rinse off ceramic hybrid wax, because of the low flow rate (gpm) the little Greenworks struggled/failed to rinse off the wax completely. I never had that issue with a garden hose. Bottom line. If you can catch this little power washer on sale and you only need a light duty power washer, give it a try......otherwise I would suggest looking for an electric power washer with a higher flow (gpm) $$$ rate. I also must state that I use a 50' flexilla hose and a McKillians short pressure washer gun with swivel. These two items make the Greenworks (or any) pressure washer more convienent to use for many projects, especially vehicles. The cheap 20' supplied hose is woefully inadequate for many projects. Would I buy it again, for the ridiculously low price I got it for, yes....for the full retail price, not a chance.

Excellent Customer Service
I used the pressure washer for the 1 summer and thought it did an excellent job. In the fall when I put it away apparently I left some water in it and over winter the ice froze and cracked off the part that connects the hose. Clearly an error on my part. I feared that I had wasted my money and I would have to buy another. However the machine does have a 3 year warranty so I figured I would reach out to see what could be done. The process was extremely easy. I had minimal wait, was sent over the required documents in an email, sent them back while still on the phone, and they sent a new unit without any fuss. The lady recommended that I use a spray to winterize it next year and the entire experience took about 20 minutes. With customer service like that I'm a customer for life

Good basic unit for home use until it fails catastrophically
**** Original Review ... See Update Below **** 20 minutes after it was delivered, I was using it to clean the pollen off some patio furniture. Assembly could not have been easier. This is my first experience with an electric pressure washer, and so far, I am happy with the choice. It is MUCH quieter than the gas-powered units I’ve used over the years, and there is no gas/oil to mess with. The power cord is surprisingly long, which is nice, but I still have to use an extension cord because the unusually large plug on this pressure washer doesn’t fit in the protective housing around my outdoor outlets; That is my only complaint about it. I was able to easily clean the items I was trying to clean. The next test will be with the foam canon for washing the cars. I just hope it keeps working this well for a long time. **** UPDATE **** I had the pressure washer stored in my shed, clean and bone dry for the winter. Pulled it out today to use it, and discovered that the metal that connects the pressure wand and hose had cracked at some point since I had last used it. Water spraying all over from this connection, and obviously, no pressure through the wand as a result. I was trying to imagine how this could have happened until I started reading some of the other reviews from people who have experienced the exact same failure. My previous pressure washer lasted 20 years and a LOT OF USE. I had only used THIS ONE less than a dozen times, and mostly for car washes. So, though I was initially pleased with it, I am now EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WTH?!!

Worked Great on Green Moss Build Up on Vinyl Siding!
I blasted all the green moss off the north side of my house after leveling all the brush that was growing there for years in less than one hour. I used water only, no soap and it cut through it almost like butter. There's an odd feeling of satisfaction using this pressure washer, I think it's due, in most part, to being able to see a big improvement happen right before your eyes. Well worth the price I paid, it performed flawlessly! This is very easy to assemble as well.

AMAZING Powerwasher but be WARNED!
This unit is my second purchase of this exact model. Six years ago, I bought the older model (gpw2000) and this is the next newer model with some small changes made (gpw2000-1). Very powerful and sounds like Iron Man's arc reactor when you stop spraying so that's a plus. I purchased this because my old one's unloader valve (the part that makes a power washer a power washer) went bad. It's a common break-point for all power washers and is easily removed with one U-pin. However, it's not a part you can buy on this planet and there are no after-market or universal ones available that fit. If this part goes bad; and it will eventually, you have to throw away an otherwise perfectly operating machine OR buy a whole new motor-pump assembly. This info came from Greenworks Support directly. As such, I can only give 3 stars to an otherwise awesome power washer. Buy the extended warranty like I did. Let them replace the whole thing when a small 2" part breaks but most likely, it'll break after the warranty expires. Just one tiny request away from perfect, "Make common wear parts replaceable, Greenworks!"

Buena relación calidad precio.
Muy bien, se siente de buena calidad en sus componentes para el precio, solo que para ser 2000psi se siente de menor potencia .
