Only a few more inches and I'll be able to do the full splits. Just like what is described in this guide, after each stretch I feel like my muscle fibres are stretched and elongated. Overall, I believe this is the best guide available on the internet. HIGHLY recommended, you won't regret it!!!

I was looking for a guide to help me achieve the splits. I have been trying to do the splits for the past few years unsuccessfully. I found this book on Amazon and decided to go all out and even purchase the hardcover version that way I can have the guide in front of me while I stretch. I was instantly disappointed when I received this book. The font size is large and widely spaced, which means you aren't getting much information for the $20 price. The images are very blurry. The video link for the tutorial gives you an error. One of the pages was falling out, and I bought this new, so poor construction. There were many typos and it was written unprofessional writing style, as in conversational and not technical. I really wanted it to give me a day-to-day routine of stretches to do for splits, and I was just told to do the same several stretches every day, which, as someone with a CPT license, I know you aren't supposed to do. For someone in the dance profession, I expected much more, and I have requested a refund. I think I'm going to create my own method. :(
