Recently I have begun to use acupressure at home to address some of those annoying painful areas. I follow someone on social media who uses the green tools in this set. The size of them are good for handling.

Love them! The two green ones are made of resin, but they are fine products,very smooth, works perfect. The silver color one is nice to use for ears, the gold color one has spring in it, doesn't work as well as the others. Overall I like these handy tools.

The two green pieces are advertised as "gua sha," but this would imply a sort of cold, hard stone material. Instead, the two green pieces are a cheap feeling plastic. I don't think this changes the usage much, but it could be disappointing if one was expecting something more like a gua sha.

I really don’t know why this matters to me- it’s not like I didn’t see all the reviews warning that these were resin or plastic- but they still do the same job. The metal ones are excellent, I love the spring in them so you don’t give yourself an accidental piercing. I think they’re fine for reflexology on a budget. I do believe I’ll go ahead and get actual crystal ones. I like the weight/pressure.

It's not jade! It's plastic! I don't work with plastic so I have to return it. Thoses in steel are good though..

Están bien y cumplen su función pero me fui con la finta por el color y pensé que eran de jade cuando en realidad son de plástico. Me pasó por no fijarme en las especificaciones así que mi culpa

llegaron quebrados los verdes que son de resina, definitivamente no los volveré a comprar
