Are most of the cards in this game different from the cards in the regular version?

Yes but still for much older children..... an example is there is as group of card where they show a photo of what a hair or certain cell is in the human body, and unless your child has been in a biology class at a junior high level... theres no way. Weve tried playing this game multiple times and its just too difficult. Ive got three kids of various ages and they all hate it.

After going through all 128 cards, is the game still fun or challenging? Since you already know the trick?

Its very challenging but my kids had started memorizing some of the answers and we dont play much anymore because its not fair to have a 7, 9 and 11 year old to play together.

Are there supplemental cards to purchase?

There are however, we do not have them.

How long does it take to play?

Hi Juliann- we actually have just been using the cards around the table after dinner! It’s been a lot of fun and you can stop when you want...sorry it’s not the answer you were looking for...
