Not a great product. It's cover is not tight and no lock. U just keep it tight, so air goes inside and Ice melts quickily. Could have been much better if thre is a lock.

Bought it to keep baby food and soda cans cool during the journey. Soda can was super chilled when I opened the box after 9 hrs. Overall it kept items cool for 18+ hrs. Key is not to open the box too frequently. A smaller box (may be 8 ltrs) would have been better for my small family of 3.

Pinnacle Ice Cooler Box (Prudence Orange 11L) The ice box was delivered before the estimated delivery date for which Amazon deserves 5 stars. The only pros about this ice box is that it is NOT bad looking. Ice boxes are meant to keep the content chilled or at least cold for 24 hours minimum – here manufacturer claims 48 hours. The ice box was delivered on 28th July and I got chance to use it yesterday, on 04 Jul while travelling. I kept few pre-chilled cans of coke and shakes with 2 ice packs and lots of ice cubes (two ice buckets). The outer walls of bottom and lid became ice cold within 2 to 3 minutes which indicates that the bottom and lid are not at all insulated. The walls of the box also are poorly insulated. I assume that all the ice cubes melted within 6 hours because that is the period after which I opened the ice box to take out drinks. The cans were not chilled but cold enough to be consumed. The lid has a loose fitting, no gasket around, resulting in leakage of cold air out. Insulating material between the outer and inner walls is insufficient or poorly placed/filled. This ice box serves the purpose for 5 to 6 hours if the contents are pre chilled and lots of ice cubes and/or ice packs are placed inside. Going to request Amazon for return. 2 stars for the Pinnacle Ice Cooler Box (Prudence Orange 11L).
