Okay, so the hole to thread the strings - drove me so nuts trying to find it that I almost returned it thinking they forgot to add the hole. It is IN the right side seam, right at the waist and top seams meet. It’s as small as a pinkie nail. I carefully pulled the seam from the outside and found the gap.Now for the rest of the dress, it fits perfectly. Back skirt is just above the floor, and the snap at the cleavage is in the right spot to not gap too much.

I'm 5'3", 155lb and after having 3 kids, have a mom pooch. This makes finding dresses that hide my tummy difficult. I had my reservations about this dress but it hit every mark! It was very flattering as the wrap/tie portion sits at the top of my rib cage, much like an empire waist. You can also adjust the sizing so it fits a variety of body types. The angles and ruffles create movement and draw attention away from your midsection. The material was light and airy enough that I could wear it to an outdoor event in 90+ degree weather. It was slightly sheer if I held it up to light but because the wrap doubles the material, it was a non-issue. I wore dark undergarments beneath the blue dress and you couldn't see them. The Large fit me perfectly and made the dress length hit just above my ankle. The Medium fit my body but the shoulders/chest were too tight (I have a 38" bust for reference). It hit at mid calf for length. I ended up ordering it in more colors because it was so pretty and comfortable.

The dress fits as expected. I got my regular size. 14-16 depending on the room for curves. I intend to wear it to work. I'm a 40 C (Minimizer Bra) 5'9, Medium Build. Compliments your chest and figure.Love the top snap button. The dress comes to my ankles in the front and floor length in the back. Light ironing needed. Would like the sleeves to be a tad bit longer. So will have to wear a sweater which I dont wont to cover this dress.Casual and can be easily dressed up. Your going to want to wear some cute sandals with it. Way to pretty.Would like to see this dress in more earth tone colors such a olive, caramel or rust colored.Would buy everyone one. The dress is airy, flowy and feels good on your skin.The hole for the string is in the right waist. Pull the strings to the back then bring forward. You can wear it snug or loose to accentuate your figure.I would leave the string in the hole then step into the dress because the hole is hard to find. At least for me it was. Hope this helps. Wow. Just WOW.First, the reviewers who had a problem with the belt - there is a hole in the dress to pull the belt through and tie it. When wearing the dress, it’s on the right side, below the underarm at the waist.Depending on the overall size of the wearer I’m not sure how well the chest would work on a bustier figure. I have a smaller bust and it fit perfectly, but with the button in the middle I’m simply not sure it would work on a larger breast (but it might!). Speaking of the button, it makes me ‘ugh’. The material doesn’t hide it as well as I’d like so it’s basically visible the whole time (let me stress it’s not visible in an eye-sore kind of way, it’s simply not a totally hidden button). Not at ALL a dealbreaker. But after moving about in the dress it peeks out from the material. I doubt anyone would notice unless they stare at your chest.The shoulders are lovely and really give the dress a pretty vintagey feel. They perk up ever so slightly at the seam atop the shoulder and it somehow adds a touch of glamour to the silhouette. I wasn’t expecting it!Overall, it’s a steal. Other than the chest closure I don’t have a single complaint about this dress. It looks just as it’s photographed, it doesn’t feel super cheap, the sizing is spot-on. It’s comfortable and breathable. I absolutely plan on buying more in other colors.

I ordered this for a wedding and couldn't have been more pleased. The quality of the fabric, the fit and the comfort were better than expected. The wrap feature gave me the ability to custom-fit as other dresses I ordered were too tight in the top or gaped open. I got so many compliments wearing this dress ... plan on ordering another one in a different color.

I love this dress! I'm 5'4" 135 and the medium fit perfectly. The length in back is below the ankle. The wrap provides good side-to-side coverage...no windy day oversharing going on with this dress (if you know what I mean!). I did not need to wear a slip. This material is not sheer at all, but, it's not thick or heavy either. Just comfy and flowy.

I ordered the dress in medium and it fit great and looked flattering! Material is nice too, it’s not stretchy. For reference I am about 5’8” and 155lbs. The length worked well when wearing heels but could also work with flat shoes. The first time I tried it on I was confused how to tie it but there is a small hole on the side that you slip the inside tie through and then tie it around your waist. Be careful if you are in a windy area, you’ll need to hold this dress down in windy conditions to avoid flashing people.
