Review: Great supplement for men and women! - After going gluten free, I found myself having problems with low energy and muscle cramping, which generally indicates low magnesium levels. Oral magnesium supplements are not very effective, but I didn't want to get into a big production trying alternatives. The magnesium flakes are surprisingly easy to use in a bath or foot soaks - relaxing and enjoyable to use, actually - and skin absorption is supposed to be the most effective way to supplement magnesium, so it's win win. Beware of magnesium products that contain anything other than pure magnesium flakes because it will completely defeat the purpose and you'll be throwing your money away. Asutra's magnesium flakes are the real deal. Product was delivered promptly, the seller was great to work with (I had problems with the free download) and my own research confirmed all the info in the free download. While it will take a while to bring my magnesium levels back up to where they should be, I'm having the pleasant surprise of my blood pressure and blood sugar consistently going down as well. Another added benefit of magnesium. I should add too, I was impressed enough with both the product and the seller that I ordered a couple more things to try.

Beware of magnesium products that contain anything other than pure magnesium flakes because it will completely defeat the purpose and you'll be throwing your money away. Asutra's magnesium flakes are the real deal. Product was delivered promptly, the seller was great to work with (I had problems with the free download) and my own research confirmed all the info in the free download. While it will take a while to bring my magnesium levels back up to where they should be, I'm having the pleasant surprise of my blood pressure and blood sugar consistently going down as well.
