Years agoMy Doctor told meNo More Black Pepper.The Flakes were going into my Ulcer and Really Irritating the ulcer and causing a Lot of Pain .Ok no pepper for Years.Then I saw this pepper advertised and bought some.I Do really enjoy this White PepperAndNo Problems ❤️

This is a MUCH better price than I find this in my local stores. It is the smaller container but the one I got was VERY fresh.McCormick makes good spices. The container is easy to use and the product was nice and loose- no packing or clumping.I love to use this in my white sauces, like White Gold barbeque sauce, or chicken and dumplings.It isn't quite as sharp as black pepper, it is more subtle, but it still has some heat and that wonderful fresh pepper taste that we all love so much.My son complains when he sees black pepper that he hates pepper in his food but he never complains when there is a TON of white pepper in his food. ha Psych! This is very finely ground.

I bought this on a whim while shopping in the Prime Pantry. The price was right so I bought one for myself and one for my adult son who lives on his own. This pepper tastes like...pepper but it is more mellow than black pepper. It still has zip and is hot but it just tastes fuller and better than black pepper to me. My son also enjoyed it and asked where I bought this so he could buy more. This white pepper could easily completely replace my black pepper and I would be fine with that. It really spices up foods and a little goes a long way. The price can't be beat here at Amazon either!
