Ver bad product . It’s waste of time and money.
Very bad product. Misleading AQI monitor . It’s total electronic failure every second product is having this issue. I think Kent is not having any expertise or capability in this product line though they are good in water RO.

bad product and worse after sales
It hardly worked for 15 days and suddenly blanked out and stopped working at all. In those 15 days also, the AQI would hardly change in an almost airtight room and after running entire night. After running almost 12-15 hrs, the AQI pointers would hardly show a difference of 10-12 pointers. Either the product was not working or the AQI meter was faulty. We ignored that too giving it a benefit of doubt. But then one fine day it just completely stopped working. When I complained to the Kent service centre, I was told that I will have to carry this product to their office to get it repaired!!!!!! Worst after sales that I have seen till now. And then they say it's under warranty!!!! I have bought Panasonic brand air purifier earlier and it's running perfectly fine for the last 2 years. Kent turned out to be a pathetic product.

Display is not functioning properly, when power is on it is coming down immediately and when power is off it is increasing instantly. Therefore it is required to be replaced.

IT was working as mentioned in the link, however there was product issue hence Amazon help to refund. One observation it ca not be control or managed through phone.

Defective product received and can’t replace it
I bought two of these. One of it is Defective. The sensor is not working. It shows pm2.5-0 at the start which is impossible in Delhi pollution. There is no way to request replacement. Stay away from Kent and stay away from Amazon for high value products. Second time I did this stupid mistake and I am repenting it.
