For a gamer or just a computer user
This chair is a huge upgrade compared to any office computer chair you can find at any retail store. However let me go off and just say this is not just a luxury item for people who can afford this chair or just because it looks comfy, it is great for supporting your back for those long hours sitting at your computer desk. I find this to not just be a improvement in my set up but also for my health. My main purpose for getting this chair was to have chair that can last me for a long time. Being a fairly big guy, weighing in at 205Ib, i had this problem with getting standard 100 dollar office chairs not being able to support my hefty frame and collapsing on me after about a year and a half of use. Finally fed up with my chairs breaking on me i settled on looking into these racing chairs for their high popularity in the gaming community and also for their IRON made chair frames. My only two draw backs to this chair is the squeaking sound it makes where the gas piston and chair base meet, which my gaming headphones dampen out anyway, and the memory foam cushion supporting my butt could use some extra padding since the seat sinks all the way down to the iron base after about 3 hours into a session causing some slight discomfort but just simply getting and walking around for about 30 mins can solve that issue. Other than those two drawbacks i think for the pricing this chair is at compared to most other racing chair brand being priced at nearly $400 is a great buy for office worker and PC gamers a-like looking to increase the look of their set-up, be more comfortable while working/gaming or tired of cheap office chairs breaking under their weight -_-. I think the kinsal series is a perfect brand for people not looking to break their bank over some high quality computer chair.*UPDATE*So i just decided to go tighten all the hex bolts connected to the base of my chair and there is no more squeaking sounds. After you put the chair together make sure to go underneath the chair where everything is held together and tighten all the bolts you see with the alan wrench it comes with. If you don't then the gravity will shift the parts and loosen the bolts causing the squeaking sound, my official score for this is now a 4.5/5 star.

Its ok but don't expect anything amazing...
As of right now, I like this chair. I come in at 6' 2" and weigh about 255 lbs (well under the 350lb weight limit). The chair seems to wobble from left to right a little bit. Lumbar and head pillow are nice additions and do make the chair more comfortable for sitting long periods in...but...the bottom of the chair is firm. When I say firm, I mean REALLY firm. There is no give to this chair and it basically feels like I am sitting on a metal plate. I think maybe it needs to be broken in a bit and I will update my review on this chair as I use it for a few more days (I just got it today) but right now, it is not as nice as my mid-back mesh chair that I am giving up in its place. Also the arms rests do not come up high enough for a tall person. My elbows do not touch without having to lean from one side or the other. My review may change in the next couple of days but as of right now, I am only impressed with how it looks cause it looks really cool.***Update 1***This chair gets super hot when sitting in it for a long time. It traps your body heat and doesn't breath at all. I have to get up from it at least once an hour (I use it currently for work) and it makes you sweat. The bottom of the seat has given in a little bit and it feel better to sit in. I still like the chair but don't expect this chair to be a DXRacer cause this chair doesn't breathe like a DXRacer does. More updates to come...

Held Up Over Time - Updated review after 2 yrs of heavy usage
Update 2 yrs later (May 2019): this chair is used by a video editor that spends many hours a day in it. Approximately, 40 hours a week for two years. It has held up over time with the exception of the seam across the seat. Everything is still fully functional. The only complaint is that it isn't as comfortable as the more expensive executive leather office chair.First review, received and assembled two days ago (March 2017).PROS:Responsive customer support (although through Amazon questions and comments - not direct)back of chair is tall to support my headcomfortable with the exception of the thighsarm rests do rise up high enoughchair swivels wellwheels are smooth and quietlower back pillow is a big plusvertical rise is finePrice is 300 less than the next chair for big and tall peopleFYI to compare how you might fit: I am 6'4" and 250 lbs. Short legs and long torso.CONS:seat is a bit small, like being hugged at the thighs the whole time you are in the chair. This may be a pro for some people.tension mechanism is very tight when adjusted for maximum looseness (pro: it will improve your posture)Complaints on unboxing:First, an 1 inch cut at the very top and center of the headrest. This could only have been done prior to boxing the seat since packaging was in great shape and the center of the headrest is not at the seams of the box where someone could can cut it while opening the box.Second, the armrest were a bit scuffed and did not rub out. Yes, I am nitpicking.Third and worst of all...no way to contact customer support directly. However, as you can read for yourself through various questions and comments...Kinsal monitors what is happening here responds to everyone daily. This was the final incentive I needed to invest with Kinsal.I left a review with the Title stating I needed Customer Support to contact me. They did in less than 24 hours to address my concerns. We worked it out to my satisfaction.
