Clip-On Pickup for Acoustic Guitar Mandolin Bouzouki Violin Banjo Ukulele Lute (for Violin)

Don't get me wrong. I like the sound quality this little pickup provides, but it is rather difficult to install in a ukulele. There is very little clearance between the strings and the rim of the sound hole, and the clip of the pickup is hard to maneuver into the hole. It is also rather thick and comes close to contacting the strings.

I was looking for a pick up for my uke that was one that didnt stick to the front and this one did that. It was simple to install and did what its suppose to do for the price. But it picks up everything, even a little brush against the side of the body is amplified. If you need a cheap one to get by this one isnt bad but theres better ones out there

Works on a guitar fine, but actually I used this for clock escapement wheel noise detection. Works better than the ones built for that purpose.

Sound quality is horrible. I decided it's best to buy an instrument with electronics built in unless you plan to spend a lot of extra money to have a good quality pickup installed.

I took it out of the package. It worked for about 5 minutes and the microphone sensitivity became less and less until it stopped working altogether! FIVE MINUTES!! That's all I got out of this. I don't just want my money back, I want my five minutes back.
