Hello, before you disregard my email I would like to explain why the InstaShaker needs anti-theft.I bought this wonderful product from Amazon 2 weeks ago and LOVED it. I'm a public school teacher and I rush through my lunch periods so I needed a meal on the go or something that I can prepare quickly. I decided to invest in this product and it has benefited me on multiple levels. I was able to make my meals "instantly" and everything was so well blended, no clumps and it was perfect for my post-workout protein powder as well. I brought this product with me to work and in the lounge, all my co-workers were impressed.Incidentally, while I was rushing to get papers graded, the bell rang and I had to leave my un-washed InstaShaker by the sink. When I was done teaching my period and came back to the sink my InstaShaker was GONE. I was first confused maybe someone might have washed it for me and left it in the room. So I checked and asked around. Believe me, my school is an extremely well-populated school with 1800 students and well over 100 teachers and staff members. I went ALL OVER and asked everyone possible. After spending several moments of my day searching and asking for my InstaShaker. I decided maybe someone decided to "take" it because it was such an amazing device. In the end, I left a note stating that the blender was mine and if found please return to my classroom.I've only had the InstaShaker for a Week and within a week it was "Missing." The note I left in the lounge had several teachers involved with the case, many wanted to assist me in my quest to find my Missing blender. Its week 2 now and I believe my InstaShaker is gone forever.Anyway, I thanked everyone that helped me and I decided maybe one day when I'm no longer a poor public school teacher. I will buy this shaker again and attach an anti-theft device to it. (probably GPS tracking, I'm a science teacher so I can probably make one if I ever have the time to do so.) $40 is a pretty steep price and as of now, I can't really afford it. I know in the future I'll probably get this product again but for now, I'll manually mix my food until I find the "Blender-Theif" and have it returned back to me or maybe, just maybe, the Blender-Gods will bless me and my InstaShaker will return to me and I will finally eat my blended meals in peace and happiness.Seriously though, your product was so amazing that it was stolen within a week of purchase. 10/10 would buy it again if I weren't a broke public school teacher. An anti-theft device would be great in this situation and would solve the stolen blender crisis.Thank You.

I'm here today because I just have to say while I love the idea of having a battery powered drink mixer, I can't personally recommend this brand.I ordered one of these cups on April 4th and was loving how it easily mixed my Arizona iced tea packets, and Boku super food powders.One day in June, I went to mix another drink and the motor power was really low, so I let it charge, not thinking about it. After the light went out, I attempted to mix drink again - still the motor power was low, and the mixer had worked great for me the previous day??Plugged in the power cable, now the motor is working at normal speed - somehow the battery just died pretty much over night from the prior day. No amount of charging has resolved the issue!Okay totally loving how it mixes my drinks, I ORDERED ANOTHER cup on July 15.Now about a week ago (Aug 2nd), I noticed that I would press the mix button and the motor wouldn't spin up? Kept pressing, finally it started and mixed my drink?A day or so later, while pouring water and ice into the cup in prep for a drink, the motor just turned on and I couldn't stop it!Kept pressing the button out of frustration, and I was about to resign to put it down and just let the battery run down, but as a last resort, I starting trying to pull the rubber button cover off (similar to the rubber USB charging port cover) - to my surprise, it popped out revealing one of those typical "micro switches" found behind the panels on tape decks and other electronics devices w/buttons.Reaching in, I pulled on the white stem of the button, and the motor finally stopped! Some how, now the spring broke on the switch, so now I have to use the cup by pushing in the stem and then pulling it out w/my fingernails when I want the motor to stop!UGH, I just can't recommend these cups!! They don't last, and I'm very gentle with my things - no cracked tops, or sides like others have mentioned, just lousy motor batteries and switches.My recommendations - 1st, PLEASE redesign the motor section to use a RECHARGEABLE AAA, or AA battery(ies), or perhaps a singular RCR123A rechargeable; this will eliminate the end-of-life of the cup just because the battery weakens or dies (which eventually it will!)2nd - a BETTER switch!I'm down TWO cups in the time frame of less than 3-months.So while I love the function of this cup, I just can't recommend it due to how _fast_ it fails with normal use...

This will be my third update. This time I want to give a shout out to the customer service team of InstaShaker. I purchased the cup and absolutely loved the convenience of it, and literally used it 2-3 times everyday. I was really bummed out when the motor started only working when it was plugged in. I brought this to their attention and they reached out to me to get this resolved. I sent them a photo of the motor to be sure it had no water damage ( which it didn't) and in a few days they replaced my cup. I can honestly say that this level of service is hard to beat and I will definitely be purchasing more products from them in the future!***Initially I gave this a 5 star rating because I thought it was awesome. My girlfriend loved it and I was going to order her one as well. Unfortunately, I'm just a few months into using it and now the battery will not charge and I can only use it when it is plugged in. Needless to say I won't be jumping to purchase another.***So far this has been the best electric shaker I have ever used. I love that it is rechargeable and the charge actually last. Does a great job mixing my protein shakes and doesn't matter if I use water or milk, 1 scoop or 2 scoops. I consider this to be a great investment and look forward to its continued use!!!

I'll be blunt - this is fantastic for pure protein, but only for protein. PhD Diet Whey is thick and just doesn't mix. MyProtein stuff (my favourite) works beautifully though, and mixes smoothly in 30sec. Charge lasts for a dozen or more mixes.Clean up is a dream - drop of washing up liquid, some water, quick spin... Nice and clean with none of that horrible stale protein smell.

I make Huel in my Nutri bullet and take it to work. Sick of carry around all the liquid I wanted something I could use at the office. After trying lots of cheap solutions, this is perfect, lump free and fast. I wasted so much time and money trying cheaper solutions, this was so worth it.
