Excellent! Adds the perfect amount of heat to your boil. Not much is needed to be perfect without being overly hot.

Flavorfull
Our seafood boil turned out great with this. It was a wonderful spice - mild with kicks of medium. Me personally though I would double the called for amount but my partner loved it as normal instructions recommended. But I would say recommended instructions would be a good starting point to decide is if you want to alter - it's gonna be right for most. I don't need to look for another brand for this either - this was good enough to be my new normal.
