A good option for someone already familiar with ginseng
I purchased this Korean Red Panax Ginseng for my mom, who was already familiar with ginseng supplements and enjoys including them in her wellness routine. She has used other brands in the past, and her experience with this one has been positive. She finds it easy to incorporate into her regular supplement routine and has been happy with it so far. A Good Ginseng
This Ginseng has a nice clean energy enhancing effect. Boosts mental and physical energy. Works nicely to combat brain fog and regain homeostasis. It is not super potent, but that has advantages for controlling dosage. I recommend it. Company sent me a COA on request.
