Hat arrived somewhat crushed since not sent in box
Though the listing says "ship it come with box", it does not!!! This is one of the reasons I ordered this particular hat, since too many hats I have purchased in the past arriving "flatten". It took me four days of steaming and blocking to finally make this hat presentable. I would have returned it had I not needed a claret coloured wool hat to wear to an event I was attending. The hat itself is a nice color and fashionable looking. Just did not like the trouble I had to go through to "fix" it.

Beautiful hat
This hat fits me perfectly. It is more to the tan with rose hue. Quite a beautiful hat I did think however that it was more to the gold hues then the rose hues by looking at the pictures

Pretty, but terrible packaging.
It's a beautiful hat, but it arrived crushed and twisted. It's been two weeks of steaming and trying to rebend and it looks better... but I'm really disappointed with the results.
