I've only had this for a few days. It's easy to setup and use, but it's a little uncomfortable as some people have said. The more pressure you use, the more it pulls on your jaw and puts pressure on your teeth. If you slightly open your mouth so your teeth aren't pressing together, your jaw gets sore fairly quick. I like having decent pressure so I've only been able to use it in 2 minute intervals. I do 2 minutes twice during a session. I do a session in the morning and again before bed. I got this because I had a bad pain in my neck for about 6 months that wasn't going away. I never expected an overnight miracle, and neither should you. But it definitely helps and my neck is less sore in the morning and throughout the day. I think with continued use my neck pain might be gone soon. I would use it more if it wasn't uncomfortable at the pressure I like. I think over time my jaw will become stronger and I'll be able to extend my sessions. If you're on the fence about giving this a try, I say go for it. If you don't like it, you can return it. I researched several and this one had better reviews vs the ones with the two handles. If you like the handle option, this one can be grabbed by the triangle metal bar thing and you can pull on it to release some pressure, similar to the handle models. It comes with a storage bag which is nice, but I've just been keeping it hanging on my doors hooks for my robes so it's easily accessible when I use it. I'll use the bag once I'm not using this twice a day. I might also get a mouth guard that goes between my teeth, I think that would help.

To be honest, this one is a piece of trash don’t get it and waste your time and money. It is super uncomfortable and in fact it causes more pain than pleasure and it’s complicated and noisy. It’s just not so good. Do yourself a favor and not buy this and save your time because you’d wanna return it.

I have two bulging disc in my neck that triggers muscle spasms. I purchased this product to help with pain relief. What a great product. Simply doing a few stretches when the pain starts up, helps so much. I have had this problem for years and finally got sick of waiting weeks for the inflamation and pain to fade away. This product sped up the healing. I recommend highly.

There are several reasons that I sent this back, The first reason is the design, the majority of the pull is on your chin, not the occipital area which is where cervical traction is supposed to come from. Pulling from the chin tilts your head backwards, which increases the curvature of your c-spine, which if you have an issue with your neck this is a really bad thing, and will cause more pain. When doing cervical traction the pull is supposed to come from the occipital area, this is the area on the back of your head that sticks out. However, compared to most cheaper traction devices on the market, this one is not as bad as some of the others. But for me as I have multiple issues in my neck, not just a pinched nerve, but I have permanent spasms, I did get some relief from it at first, but after the third day of using this, the muscles in the front of my neck started to get really sore, the strain of being stretched up by my chin was actually causing muscle strain, this is when I decided to send it back. It is also quite awkward to get in by yourself especially if you are in pain. You shouldn’t be using neck traction unless you have a problem in the first place, and if you have a problem then you probably have pain, and lifting your arms above your head and trying to get yourself in the right position and hook everything in and find the pulley is quite difficult when you’re in pain. It is a good price, and it does give some traction, out of the cheap options that are out there, this is probably one of the better ones, and if it’s all you can get/afford then using it carefully and in moderation would probably help.

On paper I loved the idea and design of this one. It's the second device I have owned, and I thought it would be worth trying a more expensive one. However, I was disappointed. The gear idea would be amazing, but it will not hold and slips while you are hanging, which doesn't feel great. So instead of being able to relax you have to constantly hold and actively pull down in the handle. Mine may just be defective, but it seems more like the quality of parts.

I love the fact that I can have this set up and running in a minute and the same for breakdown. However, I broke the link between the door hook and the bracket you hook the hammock to. I think this is because I hold the cord and may be bypassing the pressure relief to get the stretch I need. I end up hanging my entire weight on it (140+ ish). I replaced the d ring thing with a piece of coat hanger that I wrapped through a few times. *I think it broke because I was bypassing the relief aspect. I still love this and use it every couple of days or as needed and will buy another but upgrade the connector :-) The day after I used this it sounded like a box of pop rocks went off in my neck when I got up from my nap and a lot of my pain and chronic neck popping has stopped since I started using it. I also don't have to use near as much weight to feel the pull if I use it consistently which the design makes and easy pleasure.

Good for a weight oof less than or equal to 20kg. Would break if it holds any body part(s) weighing more than 20kg.

lol what a joke of a device. The models they use for their images must all be 4'0 tall. I'm 6'2 and could not find any way to use this. Standing up is impossible on a regular door. Kneeling down is impossible to do for 20-30 mins. Sitting in the chair didn't work either. The most cheapest materials used for this. Do NOT waste your money and I feel for all the others with chronic neck pain
