A Concise Restatement of Torts, 3d (American Law Institute)

Came in perfect condition and I need it for my class so not much for it go wrong! Came on time which is always a plus.

Great book, just wish it was more durable.

A necessary guide.

The cover for the book is soft and tends to get deformed during normal use. It was already wrinkly by the time I got it in the mail. The pages are thin yet durable. The section index on the back cover is supposed to correspond to marks on the edges of pages that commence each section, but some of those marks were offset on my copy of the book. It's not very heavy, and the green color is somewhat relaxing. I didn't get any papercuts from this book.Love,Timothy

Assigned reading. This won't really be helpful if your prof doesn't subscribe to the restatement.

Seeing as this will be a must-have for law students and tort lawyers, I can't see why the ALI needs to charge $35.

What I needed. It arrived in a little worse shape than I had anticipated. Great book though.
