This product was delivered right to my door, included all the parts needed plus 2 extra screws in each bag. It was a little overwhelming when we first opened the boxes (3), but we followed the instructions step-by-step and it went up perfectly!

The interior square footage is not 12 x 12. More like 9 x 9...
Just received this and it's not even out of the box yet and BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. This is not a 12 x 12 footprint. That appears to be the canopy size which us 12 x 12 and has an overhang.. the canopy sits on top of 4 large (4 x 4 inch) posts, spaced 10.6 x 10.6...I'm going to guess that will leave an interior ares of roughly 9 x 9...not a 12 x 12...DISAPPOINTED. very misleading and I spent hours and days researching...

This gazebo is a HUGE puzzle ! It needs at least 3 people to assemble it and 3 FULL working days. One person needed to go to pick up screws that were missing and the peat gravel. Next, the awning is very time consuming and REQUIRES 2 people to assemble. This would have received 4 stars because it looks good when completed.

Love this canopy and am hoping it last a lot longer that my previous 2 canvas canopies. This hard top looks great in my backyard.

Horrible experience want to return gazebo for a full refund
Very poorly designed installers from amazon couldn't put together without stripping screws . Screws missing,Roof leaking when rains Took over a month with my pool deck a mess to complete did not clean up or fasten down gazebo
