Most inexpensive way to drink the best coffee
I absolutely adore this coffee and most coffees from Central to South America. This is the most inexpensive way to get the absolute best quality coffee is to buy your green unroasted beans and roast them yourself. Don’t be fooled by gimmicks. You can roast coffee in a good stainless steel pan with a couple of wooden spatulas or wooden spoons over a medium heat. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to a medium roast. Longer if you want it darker but that’s the beauty you get to choose. There’s also some delicious coffee from the Honduras that I have my eyes on, I better go buy 10 pounds of that now too

Excellent Qualty, great varietal
I love caturra. The quality is great. I don't see beans affected by Roya (coffee leaf rust fungus.) The smell is fresh and I can smell the cherry on the beans like if it was patio dried. They added an oxygen absorbers and used a quality bag to ensure freshness. I moved them over to 1 gallon mylar bags with oxygen absorbers and the coffee will stay perfectly fresh like this. Also, the smaller size of the beans is uniform and tells me that it was grown in altitude which is great. There are no off sized beans mixed in from other hybrid varietals grown in the region commonly. This coffee is of very good quality. It's best roasted med light to medium. Keep up the excellent work and I will continue to buy your product.

Roasted as a light roast, very light, sweet, fresh flavor.
The taste was very sweet with fruit and berry overtones. I did a light roast in my hot top coffee roaster and dropped right after first crack, with a bean temperature of about 360°. Came in nicely sealed bag, which was a nice extra, but for green beans is not necessary. Shows date of harvest also elevation, which makes it very easy to roast. Just FYI, green beans are meant to be roasted and not meant to be used until after they are roasted. I saw on some reviews where people were talking about how hard it was to grind or the taste of green beans. All coffee comes from green beans, and it’s roasted to a profile for flavor. Take a minute to look up on the YouTube all the different ways. You can roast your own coffee at home. These beans are meant to be roasted before you grind them and drink them. I will definitely be buying more of these beans and more from the seller. Thanks again.

The best coffee bean around
These beans are the best. I always buy this product for roasting my own coffee beans. I bag them for family and friends as gifts, and they all tell me it is the best coffee they ever drank. Some even started to get into coffee roasting to have more of it for themselves.

Not as good as I had hoped.
I was not able to get a satisfactory flavor profile no matter what roast level I used. Will not order again.

Good green coffee
It is fresh and has a nice green color. It has a nice taste once it's roasted. It's a good value for the money.

Delicious coffee.
Delicious coffee. I love dark roast. It took some practice. Once you can smell it, I take the darkest pan out, bring the dark edges into the middle, flatten and do all the pans. I use cake or pie pans. Maybe three times. Sometimes I turn the heat off for a few minutes so it doesn’t burn too much. Just scorched. Use a timer and when it rings, stand up, pause your electronics. There’s an argument about freezing the roasted beans or not. I do. I grind about a week’s worth at a time.
