I got it mainly extracted from Natto. The Capsule is not filled (see pic). Hopefully it has right dosage. No side effects for me.

A hi quality product by Solgar, who has a 75 year history and an industry leader. It’s not the type of supplement that you see the benefits of but works well with vitamin D and has stand alone long term benefits. Highly recommended!

This product, I believe, is pretty good although I haven't had testing to verify results. I bought a bottle in November, 2024 and another one Feb 24, 2025 . I didn't open it until I ran out of the first bottle, today 3/14. Everything was packaged well, but when I took out a capsule, it wasn't filled as all in the bottle. It is the same size as the other capsules which were full. I'm pretty sure the dose in the new bottle is not 100mcg. Maybe it was a machine error? I don't feel comfortable using them anyway for various reasons and March 30th was the deadline to return.

I've been using Sogar products for a long time and have been very happy with them. I purchased the vitamin K2 separate from the vitamin D because that's what my doctor suggested. The reason why is that the standard ones purchased in a store generally have too much of one thing and not enough of another. So he told me based on my blood work how much K2 I should have and how much vitamin D I should have so I'm not overdoing either one of them. I really appreciate that this is available separately. So far...with any Solgar products I've used I've always been pleased with the quality and the value. And that they digest easy. Cause I have a real problem with that and I don't have problems taking any of their products. So for me, that's a win-win.

I needed these vitamins. They work well and this is a really good brand.
