This kit comes with two larger (quarter sized) o-rings. They are for the small pipe that slides on top of the metal impeller housing nipple where water exits the impeller housing. There is also a small black collar in the kit. It is used to position the rubber shaft collar in the correct place. There is also a small rubber washer, that goes to the side of the impeller, you may need to pry out the old one. Finally there is a small fiber washer, that is for your gear oil drain plug. The other parts are the fiber gsskets for the impeller plate and housing. These gaskets only go in one direction, pay attention to the holes in the metal plate and housing to get the gaskets with the correct side up.

This kit fit my 1996 Mercury 115 2-Stroke 4-Cylinder. The only thing i wish it came with was the water tube gasket that goes on the outlet of the water pump. It comes with the slinger (gasket that goes on driveshaft above water pump housing (cup)) and mine originally did not use one but I used it anyway since I had it. It comes with the slinger seal push down tool as well. I feel like the water pump keyway is looser which allows more "slop" in the engagement of the impeller but I took it out and compared it to my Mercury OEM one and they are the same so it must just be in my head. If I had it to do over again I would have just ordered the impeller and gaskets and saved myself $30. My housing was still in good shape but there was no way to know until I had it all apart. Oh well, still cheaper than having the dealer do it. I just followed a YouTube video and I was all set.

I've never seen an outboard pump water like this thing does on my unit. It was easy to install and a perfect replacement. Couldn't possibly be any happier with the purchase.
