I purchased this shelf to add some additional storage space under my shelves in my laundry room. It is the perfect depth (it fits snugly against the shelf) and the price is excellent. It is, as another reviewer mentioned, made of a relatively lightweight metal - though I suspect that most other shelves of this kind would be as well. I wanted to hang some of my cleaning bottles (glass cleaner and other things in spray bottles) from the front of it (it has a little lip that things could potentially hang from) but when I put them up there it just felt as though I was bending the rack so I took them down. No big deal! My only true complaint is that the size plus the lip make it hard to store anything in there. I tried placing a pile of cleaning rags but couldn't make enough fit to be worth the trouble. I can definitely use it and it's great to help get organized...just a bit small which takes away from its versatility. Overall - I may buy a second (I have lots of shelf space to hang these from) but I'll probably opt for a larger size (longer - not one that is any wider than the shelf).

... and to separate delicates from my regular laundry in my closet, and to stash used microfiber cleaning cloths for the washing machine, and to organize my pantry and ....These things have a million and one creative uses, especially for people who rent but want to organize their space better. Less expensive rentals seem to have storage of the big closet with a few shelves variety and, used strategically, shelves like these can triple your storage space. I personally think the best use I've come up for these is in my lousy contractor grade fridge, which has just three shelves and "crisper" drawers (they don't seem to crisp anything). I needed a place to keep cheeses as I cook with cheese a lot and it is difficult to store because the pieces are small and fussy. I used zip ties to attach this to a shelf in the fridge and used a bamboo cutting board as a liner to absorb water. Now all my cheese is in one place, without getting moldy or soggy by being in a high-humidity place like the crisper and when it's time to move I can easily remove my "drawer" and take it with me. Every time I buy these baskets I get a few extra, think of more great uses for them, and then have to order more again!

These large sized hanging wire baskets are great quality, and extremely helpful to me in my kitchen. I have a small apartment, with a small kitchen, so there isn't enough space of course. Thankfully, I have a good amount of empty space between my small kitchen counter and the cabinets above it, which allowed me to fit a couple of these baskets perfectly. I use them for items that I need to use on an every day basis, but that my kitchen has nowhere to store otherwise, such as measuring cups, measuring spoons, kitchen towels, and bananas.I looked for these type of baskets in retail stores, but could not find any that were this large. These are very wide, and hold a lot of items. They are very well made and strong, and have not gave out or bended even though I store quite a bit of kitchen tools in them. Amazon offers them at a very reasonable and fair price. I highly recommend these under cabinet shelves.

These helped me straighten up my kitchen cabinets so much. I put a couple in my tupperware cabinet to store the lids in, which is wonderful to not have them fly out every time I grab a container! I put some more in the pantry to put gravy mixes, rice and other bagged items in. It holds quite a lot of the light items but starts to bow down a bit if you put heavier items such as bags of dry beans and such. I put a couple more in the bathroom cabinet for washcloths and another for the go to medications such as fever reducers and bandaids. These are so much more handy than I realized, the possibilities are endless. I'm going to purchase a few more for the board game shelf to put small items like decks of cards and another for the coat closet for the kids' mittens and hats. Well worth the cost, but several because you will come up with so many ideas to use them for!!

I am soooo glad I ordered these for the shelf over my washer and dryer. They are the right size to hold the dryer sheets and other laundry items. I placed 2 of them far apart & added the Large hanging stack basket between them, but hanging down from those instead of the wooden shelf. There are little hooks on the fronts of them & simply placed the large one over the hooks & they support it nicely. It allows me to put my bottle of laundry detergent there. I am getting 3 more for my daughter's closet too. it will hold all her little things just fine. They are sturdy & seem to be good quality. I just saw one similar at Walmart for less money, but it was broken, so assuming not the same quality.

good quality but not long enough to hold foil, waxpaper rolls, that's why I bought it Good for baggies, towels etc. I don't like that the arms that hook basket onto shelf are so short it leaves unused space behind basket that can be used. I am buying a backless one to put rolls of foil etc.

They're called "stack baskets" and there are little hooks on the bottom that make it look like you could hang another basket from it. I tried this, but it didn't work. The instant you put anything into the basket, it tips forward, making it useless. But the baskets are great other than that. I didn't get them to stack, so that's fine with me. I live in an apartment with no pantry, so I'm using the utility shelf in my laundry closet for my pantry. I can hang three of these baskets from the shelf (next to each other, not stacking) and they seem pretty secure. I have soup cans, spice jars, pasta boxes and other small items in there.

This is a great basket. It was well packaged and feels of good heavy quality. I did hang another basket under it and it worked great. No tipping and no fuss. Just be carful what you put in. this is not made for heavy things that would ben the wire of this type. I just wish It came in different colors.
