Q: The caps corroded to the stems after 3 months and I cant get them off. Any ideas how to get off? No

These caps are aluminum, which is normally durable for long periods of time. However, aluminum is also very corrosive when it comes into contact with salt or saltwater conditions. I would recommend spraying the caps thoroughly with WD-40 and let them set for 10 minutes. Then use a box-end wrench to turn the caps off.

I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander not a Ford but this product appears it would work on any tire stem. I love the caps match my rims nicely and screw on nice and tightly.

Either you have a defective order or you have a unique situation with the way you use, conditions, etc. These valve caps are pretty straightforward. Generally speaking, "What can go wrong with a valve cap?" I have a small bucket of valve caps of many materials, colors and brands and I have never had one "fuse" (or give me any other issue) without some unique circumstance.
