We were slow to open the package since our kitchen was being remodeled and didn't open the box until they were ready to install. There was a piece missing and we had to get it or they couldn't install it. My husband called customer service and they immediately put a completely new one, not just the missing part, in rush mail. Got it installed and it's beautiful and works great. It's our first pot filler and we are so happy with it.It is Sleek and modern looking. The gold is subtle and adds a touch of elegance to any kitchen. Works great in an all-white kitchen with gold faucets.

Used this in my custom built home. Was not about to pay Delta $900 for a pot filler that I already knew I would not regularly use. Nice weight. Great product for the money. Matches my other items perfectly and I saved $700! Can’t comment on installation because the plumber installed it but I didn’t hear anything about it so I’ll assume all was well.

This was installed by plumber without difficulty—it did take quite a bit of effort to drill holes through the tile for the screws. It’s adds a beautiful touch to the kitchen. It looks so much more expensive than it is!

We are just beginning to install the pot filler. Looks great, feels solid but the flange is missing ? Can you ship me a flange or give me a number to contact you? It looks horrible without it

This pot filler had nice weight to it and looked appealing. All was well until i got it installed. The nipple that came with it was the wrong thread, wrong length, completely wrong nipple. After struggling for hours to figure that out and source a replacement, i got it installed, turned on the water and the thing leaked at both swing arms. Figured out there was a retaining nut on the back side of the swing arm that needed to be tightened down. That would be fine n dandy if it wasn't junk metal and immediately stripped out. I purchased this a year ago at the beginning of a remodel and its past the return window so now its in the dumpster, where it belongs. I'm actually glad this happened because i would not want a faucet of this quality in my kitchen without a drain under it. Its a ticking time bomb!

I ordered this with high hopes as most of the reviews were fine. I had a professional plumber install. All the screws with the faucet stripped right away. This caused the plumber to have to drill out two screws. He finally got it all set and there was a small leak from the female connection. It could not be corrected and he tried several different ways. Not only did it cost me more hourly rates for the plumber, but even after explaining and taking pictures, and returning the product I have waited nearly a month and no refund. Will never order from this company again!

The arm that attaches to the main part of the pot filler is extremely loose. We have tried literally everything to make it snug & it just won’t stay. How can I contact the company for some sort of help ?

Installed fairly easily. Nice looking product that seems to work well. I have only had it installed for a couple weeks now with no issues but I will come back and update the review down the road should there be any issues that arise. Beside the fact, for the cost of this pot filler, it was well worth the purchase. UPDATE: After being installed for a couple of months and not using it everyday, I never noticed that it had a manufacturing issue from the beginning. There is a pin hole in the weld that makes one of the bends and it sprays a very light stream of water when the initial valve is turned on. Unfortunately, Amazon won’t let me return the product and they state there’s no way to get a replacement since i’m shortly out of the window. Luckily it doesn’t leak when the valve is off, but, how terrible that you can’t get a replacement when there’s a clear manufacturing issue…. If buying this product, ensure you look for a leak as soon as you install.
