Valuable book on how the food Industry have turned our food into big big profits. Health & Nutrition no longer matters it seems to meat industry.

I enjoyed this book so much as the information is really useful to what I am interested in the food industry. I am concerned about the nutritiion of todays children and we need more books like this for moms to be made aware of how fast foods affect their health. I thought this book was very well written and I would highly recommend it.Leslie Madelung

Excellent read. Shocking and quite frankly, sad that corporate profits are put before public health. I was say this is a much read for anyone interested in pulling off the blinders and taking a more active role in their health by first becoming an objectively informed consumer.
