I replaced the old, very bright bulbs in my bathroom with these and they are such an upgrade! Beyond the fact that they look so much better, they are great at any brightness level - I would definitely recommend these on a dimmer light since they make for great ambiance when you don't need a full on light.

I love how these bulbs redirect light. I’m not a fan of a spotlight so these silver dipped warm light bulbs are the perfect solution and create a warm and well distributed lighting affect.

These bulbs were a must for our vintage German pottery wall sconce.

The lightbulbs with the chrome head are so nice looking. I actually bought them to replace the bulbs in one of those pre-installed medicine cabinets with a light fixture and plastic cover on top. The cover somehow became stained on the inside & reflects on the outside. The look of it was making me crazy, because it looked like it was dirty and it wasn't. I tried every cleaning product to remove the stain, but nothing worked. So I removed the plastic cover, and replaced the plain white lightbulbs with these chrome head bulbs exposed with no cover. To my surprise, the cabinet now looks modern & contemporary!

Great light bulb that looks good but is not as bright as represented and is just NOT the equivalent of a 60-watt incandescent bulb which equals 800 lumens. The seller claims this bulb puts out 600 lumens. You WILL notice the difference in comparison to a 60-watt incandescent - and it still may work fine for you. It dims well and you will be pleased with the purchase - if the light output is sufficient for your needs. The seller responded promptly to my question whether a 100-watt equivalent LED bulb was available instead, but unfortunately it isn't in this attractive half chrome style.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these bulbs. They make family dinners and family/friend game nights so much better. No glares bright lights blasting in your face while you try to sit different ways to avoid it in your eye. The pics I attached the one has the old bulb in the left (notice the glare streaking across) the left is these new bulbs. So nice. The 2nd pic is only the new bulbs. The light is still perfect for eating or doing what you need at the table without the bright/glares in your face. The price is a little high but totally worth it for an led, speciality bulb.

I installed these to soften light from a ceiling drop light. They work. Previously I Had installed some leftover half-silvered, incandescent bulbs that melted the fixture almost immediately.

These silver-bottomed bulbs work great in my overhead lamp.... no more eyeshine, no more staring into the bulb. Note that they are somewhat dimmer than the equivalent incandescent. Very happy with these as they are impossible to find in nearby stores.
