Is there any loss in quality from the local loop. Will my PS5 still output 4k 60fps locally even if the transmitter is 1080p?

You will get some degradation of the signal because it runs over cat5/6. Ensure you have good hdmi cables on both transmitter and receiver ends to minimise the loss, also check the input hdmi on the receiving equipment is set the same as the transmission end ie 1080p or 1080i

Can I connect two TV's in different rooms with this device?

This gadget allows the extension (up to 30mtrs) of an hdmi signal over an Ethernet network cable (cheap) to an hdmi display or other “input” . To support 2 hdmi devices you need a splitter box - one hdmi and 2 out for instance.

Does 4k@60hz extender run lower res? we are running it at a 1080 res but it says out of range and the status light is flashing?

i use at 720p for spare bedroom.... works fine, ..(set set top box to 720p)
