Is it for everyday use or just when you wash the child's hair?

Every day use. It smells so good and is safe for our child with allergies.

Is this a good effective conditioning hair detangler? Also does it contain isopropyl alcohol?

It does help with detangling but I'm not sure about the second part of your question.
