Sling Shot Mark Bell Original Exercise Resistance Band for Men and Women (Level 3)

This item is perfect for people that want to fix their forms on bench but the sizing based on weight doesnt make sense. I'm 5'8 and weigh 157, got large but the sleeves are really tight because I have big arms. I am a non competitive body builder so I have decent muscle maturation. I brought this because I wanted to explore power lifting. I used to have issues with shoulder pain but with the slingshot on I feel the weight shift almost entirely to my chest. This is a really nice product.

First, I've seen complaints about the logo but this isn't a knockoff. The slingshot just has an updated version of the logo on it (check the actual website)..I bought it to help with reducing shoulder pain and to increase my bench numbers. The threading started coming out after a few weeks of use so I contacted them and sent pictures of the problem. They shipped out a new one and that one has held up well since. They didn't ask me to spend my money to ship the damaged one back so it's just collecting dust sadly. A year or so later my bench has gone up and my shoulder pain isn't as frequent. If you're a competitive powerlifter, this is a great tool to keep in your arsenal.

When I was back in highschool I tore my rotator cuff and didn't bench press heavy as a result of that. Now I've gained the confidence to go heavier and heavier after this without having to worry about that sharp pain in my shoulder. If used proper this will lead to heavier bench. Just don't expect it to work miracles.

This really helps me bench more and also helps correct my form. Totally worth it.

Has help my bench press. Allows me to press heavier weights to acclimate my cns to pressing heavy. Keeps my form tight and aligned

This product works, but for the price it did not come with a complete logo and writing and it looked cheap.
