You'll have to follow the instructions on how to install, i.e. "weave" the band around your watch pins or else you'll be doing it a two or three times to get it right (correct Velcro position to remove the watch). But the band is VERY comfortable, and it's biggest usefulness is it's Micro adjustments via the Velcro band so you can get it "just right" every time, instead of one hole too tight, the next too loose feeling on the silicon bands. Highly recommended if you buy 2 or 3 of them (and you'll probably want to, these things are comfortable) so you can swap them out after workouts.
