I've looked at a lot of skin supplements and some were too expensive and/or mediocre. This one strikes a great balance between cost and effectiveness. The ingredients are trademarked, namely Zeropollution and Myoceram and I've read the published clinical studies which touted their effectiveness in significantly improving the skin of test subjects. Zeropollution combines excellent skin-centric herbal antioxidants which also have whole-body benefits and probably good for the skin of the scalp and hair too. I like this because it protects against air pollutants, free radicals, and UV rays. Finally Myoceram is a rice-based phytoceramide which improves the moisture in the skin barrier and the extra Vitamin C helps to increase collagen. I feel like it's a well-rounded supplement treating the skin from various factors that degrade it.Anyways, I have been taking close to 3 months, and I like that the capsules are fairly small and it's only once a day. The skin looks much brighter and more luminous. I notice more compliments lately on the skin as well from strangers. Anyways, I think it's better to gauge results between 4-6 months, but I like the results so far and plan to keep taking it indefinitely .
