Makes great pasta
Used this and cut it w regular flour. 2 cups of this to one cup regular flour. Used my kitchen aid pasta press attachment for the first time. Made absolutely delectable fettuccine

I do love this product … great for baking. Unfortunately, the Amazon delivery person left my package outside in an unseen area on a horrible rainy day … and, my package was soaked. The box broke when I finally saw it & picked it up.
