I've purchased this or an identical item from another vendor to support my clients' neck during table sessions. Eventually the vinyl became sticky as it started to disintegrate so I am replacing it hoping they've found a better vinyl.FYI, I've found that for certain clients, the neck support is too high, so it isn't for everyone.Also FYI another client asked me to purchase one for him when he travels. He said it was perfect for him.

Comfortable and easy to clean.

I had a fabric version for years until just too stained and torn. This material will take it all, easy to clean and offer essential support for neck and head massage in a supine position. Love it.

I'd hoped to use this for neck support while sleeping on a wedge, but it's just too hard. The neck support is fine short-term.

I have a small medi spa and this is perfect for my clients to use during procedures. Wipes off easily and fits well under their head/neck.

ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED - We actually purchased this because our older vehicle had the driver's side seat repaired. However, the seat was installed straight - it has a slight torque to the left. So, rather than go through the expense of getting the vehicle repaired, we purchased this cushion/pillow. The round part fits into the concave portion of the seat. This enables the driver to feel as though seat is straighter.We live in temperatures that get up to 120 degrees. This product does not get disfigured from the heat (not placed in direct sunlight - shaded) and retains its shape. There is no strange or cheap plastic odor from this bolster.I would definitely order this again for home or other use. High quality product and an excellent price - well worth it.
