The grips are good.But the instructional DVD did not work well. So I could not see all the exercises and there is no online website that shows them. Bummer!

I have been using this product for the past 2 years. If you get tight forearms because of doing heavier pulldowns and cable-rows, this is a great product to have. Just be careful not to forget them in the gym after your workout as these are very popular and get stolen very easily!You can use them with or without your gloves - I have bigger than average hands but medium works fine for me.The material is pretty sturdy, and would last a long time, if not stolen before that ;-)Takes a bit getting used to, but it's great after that for pull-downs and rows since you are not gripping the bar any more.

the one i bought was too large for my 6 inch wrist, so I had it custom fit at a leather shop to fit snug. UPDATE, After several years I have mixed feelings, it works for the lats, but the biceps and forearms are missing out the stimulation, and actually got smaller. So I stopped using them for a while and now my biceps are bigger than ever using Nautilus rows and Nautilus pulldowns.

These are excellent, I use them weekly and have found that I am able to complete different variations of my favorite exercises. They are well made and comfortable. Also, the seller was very helpful in ensuring I was able to exchange them for the correct size after originally ordering a size too big.

These are great! My husband uses them all the time in his workouts at the gym! This is the only brand he wants to buy so I take it as a good thing!

I use these to give my forearms a break from golfers/tennis elbow. I like them!

First time I used them I could feel a difference.

These are great to isolate just the back muscles. It takes the biceps out of the equation and forces you to pull with your lats and delts.
