Never got hot!
WTF this machine never even heated up!!!! I am passed the return window but I bought it with the Amazon Prime Visa Signature card so I think I can go through them for a replacement or refund.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
The media could not be loaded. I was so excited because I have been wanting a press for years! My boyfriend was kind enough to gift me a press earlier this month for my birthday! Today I was finally able to set it up! I will say, the set up was fairly easy! But I was going to start on some gifts, and I attached the mug press attachment and not only does it not heat up, the screen is going crazy! 😫😫😫Very disappointed! If I can’t get it to work I’m going to have to return it! 😔

What temperature & time do I use to print on a T-shirts

Good price because cheaply made
The temperature part doesn’t set the slide out bottom part broke and it’s just my second time using it. Didn’t get instructions on how to attach parts or detach.

On and off switch burnt out
Cut the switch on .. once it heated to 335 it went off… opened it up and the wires are burned … can someone Please provide tech support number for a replacement
