Yes. The pickup requires a special connector for the wires, which is included. It has no effect, really, on how you mount the pup except that you will not be able to mount it directly to the guitar body. Most guitars don't use direct mounts do it will probably work on yours.

You have to specify short or long pot shafts when you order. The have them both ways/

Bar magnet, so it works in either position or F spaced. Uses 500k pot.

Q: will this fit a korean made epiphone les paul?

These are standard size humbuckers, as long as your Les Paul currently has standard humbuckers (not mini-humbuckers or P90's) than these will fit.
