Will this fit a Glock 19 threaded barrel, suppressor sights, and surefire X300?

Yes. I run a 45 mos (same length slide as a 19) with a threaded barrel and a X300 in a safariland duty holster designed for a 17.

If you put a g19x would it still be able to accommodate an optic or would it sit too low

Yeah, it will fit the Glock 19x. Just nothing longer than the Glock 17.

I know this is technically for the 17, does this holster come in a 19 specific size?

I don’t think I can answer your question with an exact yes or no but rather offer this explanation. I do believe that with extensive time spent searching, safariland does have that holster in a model specific for glock 19 pistols BUT I am using this holster with a Glock 19 with RMR and it locks up just fine. I do get some of the notorious wobble if I use the holster without a light but when I have the light attached, it fixes a lot of that. Hope this helps.
