Your skin. You put it where you might get a blister or sore spot on your foot. This moleskin is nice and thin, unlike Dr. Scholl's, so it won't affect the fit of your shoe.

How thick is the mole skin?

Same thickness as the well known brand....just right to wear under a sock in a shoe

Does it help preventing blisters? The blisters appear in my 2 big toes when I do jogging.

The product is outstanding at preventing blisters, I use it on my heels to prevent getting blisters there. It should work on your toes as well, just use care when applying.
