Shiseido Benefiance WrinkleResist24 Balancing Softener Facial Moisturizer, 5 Oz - Anti Aging Lotion

I love this product. From what I can tell Shiseido is no longer making it. I ordered it several times to develop a back supply. My only complaint is that one of those orders sent to me was not the Enriched version which I ordered, but the basic version. I didn't realize that until I needed to use it and so no longer know which supplier substituted a product I didn't want.

I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS. I KNOW THERE ARE SOME SOURCES THAT SAY YOU DO NOT NEED A TONER. I DISAGREE...IT GIVES MY FACE A PERFECTLY CLEAN SURFACE TO APPLY THE REST OF MY MAKEUP PRODUCTS. A BIT PRICEY, BUT FOR ME IT DOES A SPECIAL JOB. WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER IT. I AM 85 YEARS OLD AND IT MAKES MY SKIN SOOOOOO SOFT AND CLEAN.

Keeps my face very soft and sheeny

The reason I keep ordering this product is because it works. It softens my skin in ways no other toner does. I have fair, thin skin, so I don't know how it might work on thicker skin. But I think this stuff is wonderful and I will keep ordering it.

Good product would recommend to everyone. Delivery to Ukraine very soon for 10 days. The last time I was sent Balancing Softener American manufacturing, but this turned out to be French product. In my opinion American Shiseido product quality is better than French Shiseido. The next time I'll be careful and ask to send only products made in America or Japan.

for a toner I don't think thickness and sheerness are really what one looks for. I like the product but won't buy it again at these prices.

2nd purchase of this skin softener, spendy but nice.

Not the product I ordered It appears authentic, but I ordered ENRICHED softener, and I received the regular softener. The ad also indicates “enriched”. An oversight??, or shady.... either way, I didn’t get wat I paid for
